In C11.3 - are you seeing the same Scan Menu layout as shown in the screenshots in the PDF readme that we packaged with this Image? Or is that menu full of Satellite gobbledegook?
If it is- the Tuner is probably knacked. If it looks the same menu, have you tried an 'All-Transponders (Brute-force)' Scan? Does this give you FTA channels at least? If not, it might need the 3-legged transistor inside the tuner replacing.
Or, you might have a 'slack-Alice' Antenna co-ax socket on the back of this box. Try 5 mins of careful TLC with my attached mini-Tute, and report back please.
