Very sorry about the delayed reply, LOL! But NO- for DM500, you use a free program called
DreamUP which I'm sure is in our downloads. But you'll almost certainly need a PC or Laptop that has a
genuine RS232 9 pin dsub Serial Port. Most USB-Serial adaptors won't do the job, properly.
