If you have Line of Sight, you do not need elevation, you could mount on the shed itself or use a little Patio Stand - even run a cable from your main dish if it's not too far.

One reason I didn't go for a jocky wheel clamp was because the dish is in the way of view looking out your front window, especially if the dish needs to point over your roof and needs to be mounted at the top of that mast.
Have a look round at dishes next time you are on a site, most seem to go for ground tripod stands, but I personally went for a 3M mast as I wanted mine up in the air away from people, kids etc. Have a think about dish size though, if you go up to Scotland or down to France, you may need something a bit bigger. I've got a standard mini dish, the mast extends to 3 meters max, but I'd put it at a hight that didn't block a view I'm more concerned as to the strenght of the mast and fixing as well as the probs of getting a suction clamp onto roof of the shed

If you are worried about the mast strength, then it is an issue, an ally welded seam tube will bend/crush with multiple use, OK for a one off install, but as will be used and installed numerous times, then may not last that long.
No doubt you have been going down the same research/google that I did.... I do recommend the 2 1.5M poles from screwfix though, very sturdy and pretty light to transport, even if you go for a crap jockey wheel mount. SS
