Post commando 10 not storing channels

bit of an odd one this, mI told my niece to get a dbox 2 as she was wanting to get one for there other half, and I said to her ask the guy to put on the dbox the commando image, and its arrived but she was having problems getting it to work was tryting to talk hewr through it over the phone proved complicated so now the dbox is at mine, and I now see it has I think maybe commando 10a or perhaps 10b but certianly not anything higher.

have changed the location to my home town, and run a scan and it finds all the channels on the scanning screen but after its finished it pops up a channel saying no channels were found and another one saying all transponders are working.

i'm half tempted to just flash commando 9.25 as that what I used on my dbox.

anyone have any ideas as to what maybe causing this ?

i'd try a re-flash - get Commando10-d from here.

not heard of that problem before but it might be that the image has gone 'read only'
