Been having a play about with the rest of it this morning, and in default state the image doesn't remember audio PID's, I know renwich mentioned he had the diff for zapit to make this work. To check, I replaced the zapit in this image with one from an image where the PID's where saved and it worked fine.
The only issue I seem to have now is the standby volume settings are ignored I've tried all I can think of to fix it (enabled nhttd, added back in the dboxshot and fbshot) nothing.

Great work other than that! and i do like the extra feature a lot.

Well within the 'extra settings' menu there is an option buried there for the saveAudioPID and it's set to 'on'. I believe there is quite a change within the zapit file itself that did require patching to get it to save, the zapit also creates it's own little database in /var/tuxbox/config/zapit (can't remember the name off the top of my head).
Swaping to one from an image that worked the PID's where saved.

Hopefully gav can have an idea or two on the standby volume thing as I haven't had anyother ideas yet on what to try next.

/var/tuxbox/config/zapit/ zapit.conf

I just added that line to it

Weird, wonder why without editing that file replacing the zapit worked then?
Still doesn't matter, the fact it works is the main thing!

yep it does supprised alot more people dont use this feature on a build latly. (option to enable it or disable it in the menu's would be nice)

i'm only getting now and next in the EPG - i've deleted the epgfilter.xml and my filter file but it's still not playing.

i've reduced the number of days to 2 just to try get it to work - any ideas owt else i should check?
