box password

Hi all hope someone can help me, only learning about these boxes using ftp made contact with box, keeps telling me password required tried all the usual ones but with no luck is there any way of gaining password.

its a dbox 2 sagem, blade quad x1 by xenafan

it will be root and either no password or dbox2 then
