Hi I get the above error after doing a channel scan on DBox 2 with Piezo image

Can anyone help

Is that a typo error? Channels IS available?

is it just a recent problem that has occurred or could it be since the keyroll madness of a few weeks ago?

I only started with my new box last week. But now I have got the FTA channels (except ITV1) after updating the cables.xml. I have put the keys in but cannot get Sky Sports etc.

you say new box - does thaty mean you have another working box in the house?

if so back up image from working box and flash the box that isnt working as it should.

Do you know how to flash your box? Has your "new" box got the latest fix on it?
