Have a look for my helpfile, everything is explained in there.

You can also use the Upnp Option and use for example Xbox Media Center on a PC, Mac, Linux or an old Xbox.

You can even download a "live" XBMC CD and boot a PC from it. Use it to be a Upnp Server and the Dbox or any other PC in the House as Upnp clients.

No Shared drive setup needed

On the DBox only Music can be shared, no Pictures or Movies via Upnp !

I used Laky Pro and Commando 6 in the past with the upnp browser and it worked great with TVersity. Now I upgraded to Laky-Sylas but he upnp option is not there. I also tried a few others but can't find it in the newer images! Also looked in the "customisation" menu but it is not there to make visable in the menu.

I found a file in etc/init.d/ called start_upnp but can't figure out how to start it. Do i need to modify/create a script to call this from the menu?
