Default DBox Update

Hello, I'm a newbie to this site, and I'm looking for a little help with my DBox The sound and picture keep going out of synch, and I was just wondering if there was a fix for this. Any help / advice is greatly appreciated.

It's a commando image version 8.20

It's a Nokia Dbox 2

Erm, not sure what the cam is
If you tell me where to find it I'll have a look.

Thanks for the reply.
