Yes, the dbox only has a 10Mb port so it can't run any faster!

If you are going to try streaming and you are using a wireless network it may be wise to set it up with a cable first to prove it all works. I record and playback to a nas without problems but I had a few days of hair pulling at the beginning that was due to poor wireless signal. It all went away when I ran with a cable. That being said I know that many don't have issues streaming over wifi, I just have thick walls.
