sagem with amd chips you connect the two flash reset points and the 9volt point at same time.
i have used 3 big sewing needles connected via the eyelets with wire
but best if you have somebody to help even if its just to press the enter on the keyboard

its the two pictures on right hand side to follow

hi
again thanks for the reply humforce
Still a bit confused following
dbox help file online
1 after clicking
flashreset point. goes to picture on left (intel flash chips)
2 after clicking
Sagem 2x AMD goes to middle and left for write protection
so Do I not follow the disable the write protection. part

METHOD FOR ALL OTHER BOXES THAN A NOKIA 2xIntel BMON 1.0 !!
Start
DBox Bootmanager
(You will need Network Cable and Nullmodem Cable connected to the DBox

Select your Network Card (No DHCP in your Network Settings!!!)

9600 Baud on Com 1 and PPCBoot then click start

Then Turn your Box on and you will see that the box tries to boot from the PC but fails (about 400k are transmitted)

Press Arrow up and Standby, Box reset's then just hold Arrow up and you should see the long number combination.

Let go of arrow up and the box should keep saying reset Now press arrow up and then just after the number combination shows up you connect your
flashreset point. (normally 1-2 seconds)

If this was done at the right time the box stops with 5 Bars or 1 Bar in case of a Sagem

Now enter on the serial console icache and hit enter and you get icache is on (That shows that you are in the box)

now type setenv product? 0 (Watch the spaces !!) DO NOT HIT ENTER YET and when you have a sagem or Nokia 2x AMD you now need to disable the write protection.

Sagem 1x Intel
Sagem 2x AMD
Intel 2x AMD

Whilst you connect these points hit [enter] and leave the connection for around 2 seconds.

Now disconnect the connection for write protection and type in reset (sagem) hit [enter] or go 10000100 hit [enter] and the box should greet you with a Debug screen.
