Default Help With Upgrade

Hi, I just applied the final/latest commando image to my dbox2 and everthing ran ok can view channels ok. However I don't seem to be able to get any of the other channels, I copied over the contents of the v a r / k e y s folder from my other image (Sportser) and did a scan but didn't get the additional channels. Does anyone know why. I set area/region to UK.
