Default audio narration problem

cant seem to switch the audio narration on some movie channels.where as before when i pressed the green button i would get "NAR" or "ENGLISH" now on some channels i get "NAR" and"$" or "(" instead of "ENGLISH" so i cant turn off the audio narration,changed from V lite 2.1 image to commando 11.3 still doing the same

any ideas?

Think before you start a new thread, please! "Where does this post actually belong?"

You now have Commando 11.3 resident, and you have a glitch with it. You should be posting here:

Commando 11.3 Feedback

It sounds like your C11.3 flash is corrupted, so you might want to try again? In any case, AD is set to OFF globally in C11.3 Audio Settings menu- so you shouldn't be suffering it anyway!

Tell us what provider you're with (pure ntl / TW / ex-C&W) please, just in case they've changed the goalposts on audio pids.

its not a feedback about 11.3 mate,its doing it with whatever image i put on my box,its even doing it with my subscribed vermin box.so i take it its a vermin problem.

i am in glasgow TW area.thanks for replying so quickly.

OK; double-check in C11.3 Settings > Audio > Audio Description (if available)=OFF

Similar in the settings/audio menu on your vermin box. If you still get the narration, then it must be a local area tech issue. You could phone in on 150 about it (but don't mention the dbox, LOL!)
