Default Saving Bouquets

I'm hoping there is a simple path to this problem.
I've been forced to flash my DBox several times and lost the Bouquets settings. After re-flashing all I get is a single list called "Unsorted" which means I have to put the channels back into the relative bouquets, (or she'll complain).
After I have set them all up again can I backup the file(s) so I can just copy it over? Unfortunately I don't know which files to copy and if i can reinstall them. I'm using a FTP, can someone please guide me through this?

the file you need it bouquets.xml in the /var/tuxbox/config/zapit folder.

personally, i use Bouquet Wizard on my laptop. my box is always on the network so boquet wizard can connect to it at anytime. it's a handly little program for dragging and dropping channels easiely into sections. it also saves them so next time you run the program it's 1 click to import the new services from the box, re-arrange the few channels then send them straight back to the box with an automatic channel re-load.

EDIT: Ahh our good friend AL has already answered you, and much better - with pretty colours : Picture Freeze

I've downloaded Bouquet Wizard 3 but the manual says i need to have PB_Enigma 2I jffs2 12-06-07 UK.img which i can't find. I'd like to have a go but at the moment I'm having nigly issues with my DBox freezing up.

no, don't worry about that - i use Bouquet Wizard for my Neutrino image. it supports both image types. Just install it, make sure the default neutrino settings are in, put your box IP network settings in and you're away.

import from the box first so it loads in your current set up. sort everything out (channels on the left, bouquets on the right then export them BACK to the box. the only thing i'd say is it may ask you "would you like to refresh the channel lists?" but it doesn't always work - just do it manually from the service menu

freezing is usually signal weakness or Ucodes.

try changing ucodes (00a1 seems most stable) and reboot is required after each change. failing that, make sure the cable is nice and tight when it connects to the dbox

Thanks for trying to help.
The Ucode I'm running at the moment is 001A (not 00a1)
I have two other codes 0014 & vortex but I'll leave things at the moment.
I just found a loose mains plug to the TV which was causing a bit of crackling.
This could have upset/spiked other equipment like the DBox which is coonected to the same socket.
Unlike the Commando 11 image which kept gliching my Virgin image just stopped responding to the controls. The picture was still coming thru but you couldn't get the remote to operate. Hope this fixes it but thanks for the info on Ucodes, another bit of useful info.
Just in case I do get continued freezing which of the other two should I try first. And, if after loading I can't get signal etc can I revert back to original?

uCodes is three choices: 001A, 0014, and Built-In (aka Internal)- which is 0014 anyway.

Forget the so-called 'Vortex'. This is also 0014, which some smart-arse re-invented under a flash name, LMAO!

Freezing: Connect this box direct to the incoming wall point with a known-good patch lead. If it still glitches, press Red > Blue in most Images, or blue > red in C12 / V+3.0 (coz we're different)- and note your BER, SNR, SIG approx readings, and report these back to us.

If it's a Nokia- have a look at the attachment, too.

Cheers- AL

OK, Thanks
These are the readings:
BER: Max=180, Av=120, Min=30
SNR: Max=62451, Av=61947, Min=60395
SIG: Max=48573, Av= 48316, Min= 48316
BITRATE: Max= 7431, Av= 4800, Min= 1312

Glad you can understand these.

So far, touch wood, it hasn't glitched since refitting mains lead
Now I've done it

Shouldn't have spoken, this one is a puzzle
