got home from work and found that all channels were gone...

A quick scan got them back, but wouldn't match back up with my bouquet like it usually does. :-/

Doing brute force now, then have to re-organise the channels -_- too much work for this time of the morning, lol.

anyways, enough of my waffling... ^_^

New channel map, AJ. Are you in ex-C&W?? If so, cydine needs some data from you, please. PM me for more info.

Meanwhile- reflash with Virgin+ 3.0 or Commando 12 (with the 12.1.1 Update) and rescan with Bouquet: Create new VM-style active.

This will do 90% of the job for you, leaving just the sly movies and sports channels, plus the ppv channels as orphans in the 'Others' bouquet. These only take a few minutes to allocate to their correct bouquet and re-order.

Cydine knows that his updated zapit for the new channel map is good for pure and TW, but C&W remains an unknown quantity.

Only took my 15 mins to sort out the channels in bouquet wizard though. ^_^ Although still missing Eurosport2 but nevermind, don't watch it.

A few channels were renamed in the remapping exercise:

FilmFour > Film4
SkyPremiere 1hr > Sky Premiere 1hr
Sky Sports Extra > Sky Sports 4
Eurosport 2 > British Eurosport 2

So check again, as you might have it after all. Also, epgfilter.xml will probably need updating with these new names, too.

Yeah just noticed that it's brittish eurosport 2 now, forgot to remove the old eurosport entry from the bouquet after adding it in, lol.

Some of the adult channels are gone though, lol.

Oh no they're not! Open your services.xml with metapad or notepad++ and search for nightly

Voilá! Eight pr0n ppv channels, in addition to the three you have already.

Government Health Warning: viewing such channels makes you become prematurely visually impaired...

"nightly" ones are just a still image advertising the channel, always has been here.

Even a brute force scan didn't pick the missing adult orientated channels up, although fast scan picks up some channels the brute force scan doesn't. (thinking a missed frequency that they are now using or something, will have a gander at the files)

EDIT:
The missing line in the cables.xml file seems to be this;

<transponder frequency="155000000" inversion="2" symbol_rate="6887000" fec_inner="3" modulation="3"/>

Seems to already be in the "DVB-C Ireland" section though, but not in the "CableUK" section. ^_^

mornin guys woke up this morning to find all my channels had gone off all said channel not available even the fta ones so i did a channel scan and its picked up all the channels but when its scanning it says channel provider not available all channels are now in the unsorted just thought i would let you know.

im just glad there still working thought that was the end of my box

Same here mate. Was watching the curling last night and bam, image froze. Rebooted and got channel not available for every channel. Checked other box and was the same. Thought it was the end. Did a scan and got the exact same as you. No channel provider when scanning and everything in unsorted. South Lanarkshire here.
