hi (newbie mind) was wondering if after the end of d box cable ,could ppl change to dbox sat, might thing a silly question but had to ask

can you explain more

do you mean can you swap the tuners on a dbox from cable to a sat one

answer yes and no the tuners are not plug and play type they are soldered
to the mobo,but if you good with a soldering iron you can swap them,but by
the time you peed about desoldering the old one and solderin the new one
it be cheeper (in long run and not time consuming) to get a cheep sat box
