Commando 12, no channels after scan?

Hi guys - Commando 11.3.11 for a while without any issues, in fact, it was and has been amazing

but last week I lost a few channels....

I have ftp'd C12 x1 today and done a brute force scan but no channels were found.

any ideas please?

check your netid,frequency and stuff is correct mate,the glasgow frequency for ntl pure was wrong when i used c12,also make sure your area has not gone to n3,as you said you were beginning to lose channels!!!

When i ran the scan on c12 it didn't find any frequency at all, but does on c11?
can i manually enter the frequency to help it along ?

yep.just switch off fast scan and enter settings manually,make sure you save them though!!

yes, i used fast scan on c11 but dont think i ever had to set the frequency... or did i?

Brute Force Scan does NOT work in the release issue of Commando 12, m8. Go to the main Commando 12 thread, where you'll find the C12.1.2 manual Update. Apply this using the simple destructions, and then your BF Sscan will work fine. Set it to VM Bouquets and Save before starting the scan.

Mind you, isn't Worthing now n3?

i set my location and fast scanned and it found a load of channels
i manually installed the update.tar.bz2 and rebooted and have alot of menus and channels shown on the menus but some are black screens only, where as on c11 they were fine.... any ideas pls?

as paphosal says mate.you will start to lose channels when your area is implementing n3.if u are getting some channels and not others then the end is nigh!!!
