Default DBOX2 & XBMC Dharma 2 - Another use for the dbox2?

ok guys, ive recently purchased a acer revo r3610 and set up XBMC Live Dharma 2 onto it.

wish i would have done this along time ago but hey! i have done now!

right the whole purpose of this thread is, i found this on xbmc forums:

[RELEASE] FIX Enigma2 plugin (LiveTV from DreamBox / DBox2 => XBMC) - XBMC Community Forum

and i wasn't quite sure what it was all about..

im wondering if anyone on these forums use xbmc and if so, do they beleive that the dbox2 could run xbmc or if not (due to memory size and speed) - could it stream files from the xbmc directly to the box for in another room?

as i am now going to dedicate my time in setting up my xbmc album arts and stuff, it would be fantastic if i could use the dbox2 to stream everything from xbmc to the dbox2 without having to update the dbox2 aswell as the xbmc.. if you get me?

anyone who knows anything about this?

Dbox cannot run XBMC

The Xbox does not re-stream/compress as far as I am aware so not sure if the Dbox could receive the stream as is.
