Dbox2 cable box
Sorry if this a stupid question but can the dbox2 cable box be used a freesat decoder ? i got freesat and am wondering if i can use the dbox2 cable box as decoder

No, the cable box would need the tuner replacing and a lot of other components on the mobo. It isn't worth the hastle and cost.
Cheaper to replace the box SS
