dbox flash help

dont know alot about flashing dbox but when i flashed with this image Lincsat Beta7-FTA picture kept breaking up did i do something wrong

No mate you've done nothing wrong.

The image was released with ucode 014 and spts mode ON as default. Switch to ucode 001A ( reboot required at this stage ) and turn spts mode OFF, this should sort you out.
