Default yWeb Remote & OSD

Is it possible to add Remote & OSD functionality to yWeb for an image that doesn't have it built in?
I need the OSD, as I don't have a TV connected directly to the box; I stream to a HTPC in a different room (when it works!).
I've tried installing dboxshot using yInstaller, but that didn't work.
I also used ftp to transfer dboxshot files to the var and bin folders. Again, that didn't work.
Any ideas?

Cheers for any help.

Yes, Bob- my tests show that both those files are needed. And I'm fairly sure they need to be chmod 755 as well.

@damned: You don't say which image or which version of yWeb you're on about, but you can easily tell if it's just those two files missing from the /bin folder, as the two menu items in yWeb will be 'lined-through', ie: disabled.

Cheers- AL

Cheers for the help.
I've just checked, and I do have fbshot and dboxshot in the /bin folder. I've changed chmod 755 (they were chmod 777, which is just full permissions I believe, so I don't think there's much difference).
yWeb is V2.7.1, and the image is Lincsat 7.25 Fullish (if I remember correctly - I went through a period of trying loads of images, and I think I settled on this or Lakys Sylas at the time).
The OSD still doesn't display. The picture of the remote is there.
I used to have it working with a previous image (possibly one of the Blades).
I've tried in Firfox and IE, with similar results.

I'm still not sure why this didn't work on the image that I was using, as everything was as it should be.
However, now I'm using a modified Enigtrino, everything is up and running fine.
