Unable to find channels. - Page 2

I just bought the box plugged it into my cable line and had automatic viewing, made the mistake of rebooting an now have no channels.

Yeah found it, its 192.168.1.100

so now from your pc , click start, then select run, then type cmd, then click ok

this will bring up a windows command prompt

type telnet 192.168.1.100

hit enter, you will be promted for a username type root then hit enter

are you running windows vista or windows 7..?? if so google putty

windows vista, there's a page of things to download what am i looking for? is this gonna help me get the channels back?
