Sorry, I was thinking about a different service than satellite by suggesting trying itv2+1.

There are various ITV1 regions, some clear and some not, can you try the bouquets and see if other ITV1 service work?

As Humforce suggests, a problem with the LNB hi/low switching and H/V switching could cause problems, but you would find a lot of other channels not working.

Have a good look through your bouquets and see if any other services are not working, we could then work out a trend.

I guess you have a quad LNB if other boxes are connected? (your not using a splitter are you?).

V and H is selected by changing the voltage supply to the LNB, around 12 to 14 volts for V, and 16 to 18 volts for H.

There is the posibility that the feed on your lnb is faulty on just the one line, swap boxes around to confirm.

However, I seem to remember Renny and AL having a similar problem with earlier Neutrino driver testing.

Please confirm you are not using a splitter, then try swapping feeds around and report back.

The problem with one of the two clone DM500S boxes that I bought, Satsearching, was that it had a faulty tuner which only collected H channels and no V services at all. So back it went to Unapit for a new replacement, which worked fine.

This case doesn't sound quite that serious, though.

Cheers- AL
