build neutrino for dreambox

cd cdk
chmod ugo+x prepare_neutrino
./prepare_neutrino dm500
make checkout_neutrino

at this point good idea to check tuxbox-cvs forum for latest neutrino diff lol other wise you may have problems

make dreamboximage_neutrinoroot
make rebuild-flash
make flash-compress

should build you something to play with

last build still had problems with epg and scanning for us ukboys so dont expect a trouble free build
