I'm still fuming about this... The after-race official Press Conference (that the first three drivers MUST attend and participate in, or face a hefty FIA fine) was absolutely fooking DISGRACEFUL coverage on the part of the BBC!!
First we listened to the worthy winner, Mark Webber. Then the second place man Robert Kubica, then- end of story! BBC cut away to something completely different, before third place man Lewis Hamilton- our outgoing British F1 World Champion, could even say a word!! Scandalous... Yes, Jenson drove a great race to finish 5th after starting 14th on the grid- the papers next morning all said how wonderful and heroic and brave he was for doing this. Lewis started 18th on the grid, and finished 3rd. No comment from him at the Press Conference about THAT feat- BBC didn't give him the chance... No comment about THAT feat in the papers next day, either... But the papers DID mention that McClaren were fined £50,000 for the fuel hose incident on HK's car. Can anyone remember how much Ferrari were fined last season, when a similar thing happened to Massa leaving the pits??? Rant over

I was pissed that I missed Qualifying. I had the Sky+ set to record, then they went and switched channels and put that simply come prancing rubbish on instead. Yes, I know there was a rain delay, but couldn't they series link the continued coverage on BBC2 or start the come prancing on BBC2.
I remember when they got the coverage, they promised that ALL qualifying would be live on BBC1 |

And Gordon Brown promised not to raise taxes...
It was finally mentioned in the small print in the Daily Mail today (3 days after the event), that Hamilton finished in front of JB, despite having started behind him- and so did Vettell...

Or you can maintain TV & Radio silence until 19:00hrs on Sunday 1st November, and watch the Highlights on BBC THREE.
But yes, it's a 13:00 GMT start- which is 16:00 local time (I think), meaning that the race starts in daylight and finishes in the dark? There's very little twilight down that far south. Cheers- AL
