Do the neutrino images for Sat dBox2 use the same cam-alpha.bin file (131,072 bytes) as used in Commando 11 cable image, for example?
Cheers- AL

(Very) loosely translated from the tuxbox wiki site:
The cam-alpha bin needs to match the smart card : Cable card – K02 or KF3 = have a suffix of D Satellite Map – P02 or S02 and A02 = have a suffix of E Current Versions: File .................Version avia500.ux = avia500v110 avia600.ux = avia600vb028 (avia600vb22 from BN2.1) cam-alpha.bin = cam_01_02_105E or cam_01_02_105D ucode.bin = ucode_b107 It looks like Cam-Alpha for cable ends in “D”, but satellite ends in “E”. It shouldn’t make a difference if it’s a Neutrino-Image or not, since it’s a firmware file specific to hardware, not software? Of course this is only an assumption….and assumption is the mother of all fook-ups! ![]() Think I remember noticing a reference to the different types of Cam files in the aviaconf.cpp that was posted by Renny (as an attachment) in the Ucode menu thread? Ooops....this is also in PT-1 helpfile.....so you probably already knew this! Last edited by Tyke; 18-08-2009 at 03:07 PM.. |
