Its just an editor m8, made for DataBases, but you need to use it to edit the channels.uk file that comes with WeekEPG plugin as it keeps the same format when saving,
i found out the hard way after editing it with wordpad and it kept naffing up,( for about a week lol)used dbedit and worked perfect

Bit confusing this m8, fist you need to make sure you have the database editor, as the confusing part is DreamBox edit goes by the same name, took me a while googleing DBEdit as it kept giveing me dreambox edit.

You may have the right on but just in case i will up it here for you.

You basically open channels.uk in it to delete, move ect, i mainly used it to add my regional ITVs And BBCs, you can load in 2 copies of channels.uk (1 named a bit different) and copy and paste one to the other
