Is the USB Recording working OK?

I seen the Dream 800 as well but the seem only to have a DVI out rather than HDMI.

the usb recorder works fine - which allows you to playback through the box.

or to playback through PC you will need a dvr to ts converter!

Plenty of images around using patched drivers /bootloaders , haven't looked into source code yet but PLI do images so its available,

Great little box although I haven't hooked it up to my high def tv in the living room because if it goes in there I won't get it back, recordings to usb and timeshift are perfect although I have only tried very small amounts,

epg and picons are also spot on using the usb for storage,

For a HD PVR box which is only a tiny bit bigger then a dm 500 its well worth the money,

Would love to get neutrino running on it but must say Enigma 2 is a lot nicer visually then E 1,

Any more info needed just shout as I ain't good at reviews

I tried 2 avi renny,1 played 1 didnt,
I dont know if there was a particular reason as I didnt look any further into it yet m8,

boot time ( hang on I will check lol) 70secs with a full weeks epg and picons stored on the usb stick,
zap time 3 secs ( now I thought that was longish but the kids say wow thats fast compared to either a TM600 or a DM500,so what do i know lol)

dont be sorry m8 ask away and I will answer m8

wiz.

EDIT: Rechecked zap times as I thought 3 secs was too long,
so it is 3 secs if using the number buttons on the remote,
but its max 1 sec if zapping from the channel list

Got it and tested it today on a Astra 19.2 Dish.

European (German) Channels have full EPG and quickly tested Timeshift and recording and worked fine.

Need to play a bit more if I can sort the order of the channel apperance as I only added them to the favorites in some random order.

One Button (M/P) seems not to open the Media Player but I can get into it via the Menu itself.

Will play a bit more with this.
