Jailbreaking 3gs with 3.1.3

Already I'm keen to Jailbreak my new toy.

It is a iphone 3GS with 3.1.3 (when I first plugged it in it upgraded to 3.1.3, can't remember what was on it first).

Google gives conflicting info, so, has anyone here got a 3GS with 3.1.3 and managed to jailbreak it?

I could be wrong m8 but I'm pretty sure u can't jailbreak 3.13. You can do 3.12 but its only tethered meaning every time you switch your phone off you need to start it with black rain on the laptop.
Think you're out of luck untill the new firmware comes out. Most hackers just say don't upgrade to 3.13, as theres no new features apart from how the phone reports battery level, So they're not bothering to hack it. Sorry to be the barer of bad news SS. Jailbreaking is awesome so lets hope somebody cracks it soon.
