Default Who is BskyB?

Well, I'm confused.

News Corp is trying to buy bskyb? I thought they already owned it?

Ironically, the UK's buisnes minister called "Vince Cable" is hitting the news trying to block the deal.

News Corp is trying to buy the 61% of BskyB that they don't already own, m8. Which makes their present holding 39%

Competitors like VM and BT are up in arms about this proposal. Even if News Corp tried to increase their stake in BskyB to 51% (giving them a majority say-so), the others will still object. And quite rightly, too...

Cheers- AL
