Default Camera/Speakerphone problem on iOS

Hi.
Don't know if You know (how nicely ) but I am one of two iDroid kernel developers...
Now, question, after changing lcd on My 3G, rebooting, everything goes ok for first few hours.
Problem: after those few hours, camera not work. Reseting few times... nothing. After one day camera work and after another reset internal speakerphone not working. External speakerphones and earphones work but internal speakerphone not.
Now, on iDroid everything work ok... only refusing to work on iOS (tryed 3.1, 4.0, 4.1 , 4.2.1, hacked 4.3) but, problem is when I completely remove iOS and put just iDroid -> work, after removing iDroid and leave just iOS -> work but only few hours...
Any idea? Dead camera? Dead speakerphone? Dead connector?
