Sorry to hear that lorrebreaker, but is is pretty much what happened to all of us.
I think AL's name of voipskunk is pretty accurate. They claim it was a technical error. At least I still have freedays with them, AL ended up losing money as they then imposed charges (because he had run out of freedays by their cut) - very dirty business

They are actually confirming that even if you were to add €50 - you'll still only get 120 Free Days!! And that the only advantage of using a broker at the moment, is that you can top up with €5 (which you cannot do with voipstunt direct)... AL's Cunning Plan: To do nothing just yet. Carry on using voip as normal, until my credit drops to sub €1 - then renew for 120 Free Days with €10 credit (around £11). Whether I renew with Punshon, or voipstunt direct- I'll decide at the time. I suspect Roland might work out very slightly cheaper, on account of no PayPal fee, and that VAT in Spain might be slightly lower than in Krautland, I don't know... One thing I will definately NOT be doing is 360 Free Days for €30 (£33) with Roland!! I think you all know why now... Cheers- AL

I thought I read on the site that the max number of freedays is 360 - may be getting confused with Roland? Pretty sure I have added 10 euros before my freedays ran out and got 120+ however many I had.

Yep- the mention of 360 Free Days you'll find only in Rolaland's bumpf, Mike- nowhere on the voipstunt site. And how guaranteed is HIS 360 days, when voipskunk can (and probably will) suddenly mug us of 240 of those days in 4 months time?
I think that €10 a throw and 120 Free Days is safest, m8- at the moment. When those FDs expire, carry on as normal, until the credit is sub €1 - then renew again, and so on. A rough guesstimate in my mind tells me the overall spend will be under £25 a year (as it takes us a month or so to use up our credit)- which makes BT's £5 a month look decidedly pricey at £60, LOL! Cheers- AL
