As far as I'm concerned donate in any way you feel comfortable with.........it makes no difference............as long as you are willing to put your hand in your pocket for the cause then it dosn't matter.

If and when there is a crisis then the money will be found..........no problem..........this is the best dev site on the net.........bar none..............most members on here are genuine ( after weeding out the shite ) and want to stay longterm, so IMHO most members would be more than willing to dig deep when required.

Notwithstanding the above................what a shite response to the first appeal............hopefully peeps will realise that a wee donation to keep this site going is in their best interests !!

As a footnote, I must say it's disappointing that all the leeching fookers get their booty via other sites...........but that is due to the good nature and goodwill etiquette of the sharing community ethic.

donations are never going to be mandatory and there is nothing special at the end of the rainbow when you do donate except for you helped.

it isnt always money help we need here at ukcvs contrubution in the forums also helps aswell.

i wouldnt worrie about ukcvs going anywhere

As NJ says, money donations help but NOT mandatory, but certainly help to spread things out to make it easier for everyone, we obviously value members with constructive posts who make this forum work!

ukcvs wasn't planned to be a quick gimick forum and we certainly plan to stay around and not vanish like other forums have!

Any actual use of money contribution, will be posted for information and details freely available, which will probablly be soon for the vbulletin licence renewal etc which is due soon!

The forum is about a community helping each other, no matter which way you can! But donations obviously help seal the longevity of this forum.

thanks lads now iam here to stay the last 2 post convined me i know i talk shite sometimes but thats me,i know its not all about money its what you put in the site to make it better cheers

On joining and reading your plight for the amount needed to stay up n running i decided to donate a little to help things along,but on lookin in the members online list,i couldnt beleave there was only 3 vips in the list outta approx 150 that was on,which either means 2 things...
1) these are the tightest members of any forum community.
2) the awareness to make themselves vip and donate to keep the site alive aint getting across...

Il leave yaselfs to draw your own conclusions..
