Hi all, I just installed Commando and think its wicked!
I used to use Neutrino, for the past 3 years.
However, when it gave up the ghost on me, think it got corrupted, I came over and gave commando a try.
Love the ease of use.

I suspect you guys who did the developing are quite smart guys. Who will be getting bored by now, having completed your project, lol
So here's a little challenge for ya! lol
How about figuring out how to connect to internet radio?
Would that be possible?
As you have said somewhere on here that you were suprised by how many ppl leave their Dbox's connected to broadband.
You can buy internet radio's for almost 200 quid.
Can you imagine it?
Interent radio connected to your hifi !
Now there's a challenge!

Having just installed Commando, and being so pleased with it, I'm a bit reluctant to go back to neutrino.
I assume UltraPhat v1.0 is in the neutrino image
Or have I got it wrong? lol...yeah yeah, I know, I'm as thick as two very short planks!

Can I simply download and install UltraPhat v1.0 into commando?

Not only do I like the ease of use. But I'm convinced Commando gives a much better image on TV.
I've got a good quality TV and the images are sooo sharp.
Out of interest, does commando use a different graphics driver (is that the term. As I'm a wintel fella! lol) than neutrino?

Just tried downloading UltraPhat v1.0.
But I can't, suspect I don't have any privilages....boo hoo, sob sob...

Dont want to burst your bubble m8 lol , but both commando and phat are neutrino images, phat will replace commando easy enough and I'm sure its a cracking image, I'm putting it on to try tonight,

Lraizer is one of or most talented dev's so anything by him ( apart from the odd dodgy diff

) will be worth trying

Think I will change my handle to 2 short planks, thanks for the info.
So, let me get this right.
Neutrino is THE image and others like Commando are rejigged (like the techincal speak?) versions of it?
Or are we going to have a long evening? hahaha

Neutrino (and Enigma) are Linux platforms for the dbox2 etc. So the Images on here are either compiled for Neutrino, or for Enigma, or sometimes include both!

goto United Kingdom radio stations streaming live on the internet - Listen online

make a list of all the *.pls and *.m3u radio station links and replace all the current german local radio stations to UK ones in the /var/tuxbox/config/radio-stations.xml file.

post a copy when you have done, thanks!
